# Login To Your Client Portal & Click On 'Listings'

1. Click on 'Open Marketing Toolkit'

2. View the flyer templates and click on the one you would like to customize.

3. Once selected, the template will open and pre-fill with the available order and contact information you have provided.

4. Customize the photos that are displayed by clicking any photo and choosing the preferred media from your listing.

5. Customize any text field by clicking on the text box.

6. You can edit the text and color in the menu that opens on the right side of your screen.

8. For the text color, you can choose a specific color or enter a HEX color code.

9. Ensure that your contact information is correct. If any changes need made, simply click on that field and edit. If you would like any text field to not be included, delete the text that is currently in that field and that section will not be visible when you download and share.

Note: If your contact information is not showing properly, contact our office at (937)505-0444 to update your information in our system so we can permanently fix this for you.

10. Your company logo will automatically populate into your templates. If you have your own personal logo, click on 'Agent Logo Here' to upload and display.

Note: If you do not upload an agent logo, this section will not appear when you download or share your flyer.

11. Click on the edit icon next to the Template Name to rename your file.

12. When you are done making edits to your flyer, click on 'Save Changes'.

13. Click on 'Download' and your flyer will download straight to your device.

14. Click on 'Share' to easily share via email or social media.
