Adding A Watermark To Your Listing Photos (And How To Create One Using Canva)
If you wish to add a watermark to your listing photos, follow our simple steps below. If you need to create your own watermark, skip to step 11.
Note: Ensure your watermark complies with the branding guidelines in place within your MLS, brokerage, and any other governing bodies necessary.

1. Once logged into your portal, click on Listings.
2. Find the listing you want to download your photos from and click the download media icon.
3. Check the images you would like to download individually or choose 'Select All'.
4. Click on Download.
5. Select Branded.
6. Click on Upload New Branding.
7. Select the image from your device.
8. Under Size, click the dropdown and select Full Size.
9. Click on Download images.
10. đ Your watermarked images are now downloaded and ready for use!

# Go to www.canva.com.
Simply login to your existing account or create a new account for free if you don't already have one.
11. Click on Create a design
12. Click on Custom size
13. Type "3000" for the width of the design.
14. Type "1986" for the height of the design.
15. Click on 'Create new design'.
16. Click on the canvas.
17. Click on the square in the top left corner for 'Background Color'.
18. Click on Black (#000000) to allow you to easier view your design.
19. Click on Uploads.
20. Click on 'Upload files' and choose the logo or image from your computer that you would like to use as your watermark.
21. Click on your uploaded image and resize and center as needed.
âšī¸ OPTIONAL: If desired, you can edit your image to a solid color (such as white) by following the steps below. Otherwise, you can skip to step 15 to continue.
22. Begin by clicking on Edit photo.
23. Click on 'See all' above filters.
24. Scroll through the available options and find your desired filter.
25. Click on your uploaded image.
26. Click on Transparency.
27. Adjust your transparency to your desired style. The lower the transparency, the less visible and noticeable your watermark will be.
28. Click on Share.
29. Click on Download.
30. Check 'Transparent background'.
31. Click on Download to save this image to your device.
