Customizing Your Single Property Website

Turn your listings into lead magnets with a FREE single property website for every listing! Attract more buyers and simplify communication with a dedicated online space for each property. All leads (requests for more information or showing requests) will be sent to your email immediately, allowing you to respond as quickly as possible.

Inside your portal you have a lot of control over modifying the single property website. Here are just a few things you can do to customize each property website.

4. On the desired listing click the 'Property Website Builder' icon.


5. The page is made up of many sections, and each section will modify a different part of the page.

To hide any section from displaying on your website, click the eye symbol to toggle on or off.

7. General Info

Here you can modify the title of the page. By default we use the address as the page title.

Here you can choose the images that are shown in the slider at the top of the page. Click the edit button to add or remove images included in the slider.

9. Property Info Section

Here you can modify the property description and additional details.

You can add:

  1. House Square Footage

  2. Lot Acreage

  3. Bedroom Count

  4. Bathroom Count

Here is where you will add the description text about the property.

Once you are finished making your changes, click "Save Changes".

Click on 'Rearrange' to change the display order of the photos.

Uncheck 'Display' if you wish to hide an image from the website.

You may modify the name of the photos by typing in the text box.

Once complete click on 'Save changes'.

14. Contact Info
You can enable the option for website visitors to request a showing by checking the box beside 'Show Schedule Button'. 



15. Website Settings
In this section, you can customize the theme of your website, as well as the URL and brand colors.

To adjust the theme you are displaying on your website, simply click the dropdown menu and change your theme from 'Default' to any other theme. Make sure you save your changes and refresh the single property website to see your new theme. If you do not see your changes, perform a hard refresh by holding 'Ctrl' and hitting 'F5'. 




16. Page Popups
To maximize your lead capture ability, turn on your page popups by selecting the checkbox next to 'Show on display page'. 



Adjust the delay time (number of seconds from the time the visitor opens your website to the time of the popup) and whether you want the lead capture popup to be required to continue viewing the page to your preference.
